Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have a proven history in commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS) and possess the ability to work autonomously. A thorough understanding of HVAC plant and associated equipment is essential. Key Responsibilities
- Commission BEMS and Control Systems, with a strong focus on Tridium and/or Trend.
- Maintain excellent communication and reporting skills to foster strong relationships with team members and clients.
- Develop your own software strategies and graphics, demonstrating professionalism and dedication.
- Provide support to team members and accept assistance when necessary.
Key Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in BMS commissioning.
- Proven experience in commissioning Building Management Systems.
- Expertise in Niagara (N4) and knowledge of Trend. Familiarity with Distech, Cylon, or Siemens is advantageous, but training can be provided.
- Experience with all protocols including BACnet, SIP, Modbus, Lorawan, Mbus, etc.
- Proficiency in control panel modifications.
- Valid CSCS/ECS or JIB registration, ideally holding an ECS BMS technician card.
- A full UK driving license.
