Job Description
Our client are offering an exciting opportunity to join their team as an IFA Administrator.\\n\\nYou will have the opportunity to join an established & growing firm based in the heart of the City of London, working with some of the industry’s leading Financial Advisers. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in an administrative role in financial services, and will have worked with pensions and investments previously. They will be pro-actively supporting and assisting the team, as well as liaising with advisers, financial product providers, clients, and other relevant third parties.\\n\\nThis rewarding long-term role will enable you to build on your existing skills and knowledge, whilst enjoy working within a supportive and encouraging environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career.\\n\\nOur client offer full support with CII qualifications and progression within the firm.\\n\\nDuties will include:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Pro-actively liaising with clients, advisers, providers, and other members of your team to request documentation and provide progress updates.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Case Submission to compliance team\\n\\n * \\n\\n Client management\\n\\n * \\n\\n Using online provider platforms\\n\\n * \\n\\n Using and maintaining the in-house CRM system.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Preparation of reports and client review packs, ready for use by the adviser.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Maintaining pipelines and regularly contacting lenders/providers to facilitate case progression.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing the adviser’s diary/client meetings.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Working with and adhering to company and FCA policies and procedures.\\n\\nSkills required:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Must have excellent industry experience and product knowledge.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Minimum 1 years’ experience within a similar position.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Completed at least one R0 CII Course\\n\\n * \\n\\n Must have both pension and investment administrations experience.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Professional approach and excellent telephone & email manner.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Able to take direction and complete tasks independently.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent computer skills; experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Highly organised, with a problem-solving approach.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide high-quality technical support to the financial advisers of the firm.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Exceptional attention to detail is vital.\\n\\n * \\n\\n The successful candidate will be motivated, efficient, hardworking, and a team player.\\n\\nWork Life\\n\\n * \\n\\n Full Time\\n\\n * \\n\\n Monday to Thursdays office based – option to work from home on a Friday\\n\\n * \\n\\n Flexible start time\\n\\n * \\n\\n Encouragement & support towards professional qualifications and personal development for each member of their team\\n\\n * \\n\\n Based in prestigious London offices by Liverpool Street.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Successful team who enjoy sharing each other’s success and fostering a collaborative approach
