About The Client: Our client is a specialist provider of integration solutions connecting HVAC equipment and building systems with control platforms to deliver smarter, more efficient building management. Role Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Client Support Specialist to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound client queries, helping customers with technical questions and support related to HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) and integration solutions. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone with a keen interest in HVAC technology and building automation, looking to start their career in the technical services and systems integration space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client enquiries via phone, email and support portals.
  • Assist clients with questions related to HVAC equipment, protocols and BMS integration.
  • Log, track and follow up on support tickets and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand product features, capabilities and common issues.
  • Support the preparation of documentation, client communications, and training materials.
  • Help maintain the knowledge base with clear articles and solutions for frequent client queries.
  • Contribute to improving processes that enhance client experience and internal workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline), ideally with technical or engineering modules.
  • A keen interest in HVAC systems, building automation, and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a small team.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with HVAC terminology, basic building systems or protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX).
  • Experience in a customer support or client-facing role (internship, part-time work, volunteering).
  • Basic understanding of technical documentation or diagnostics.
