Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer 📍 London & Surrounding Areas | 💷 £38,000 – £43,000 Permanent | Immediate Start | Multi-Disciplined Role We’re working with a long-standing and respected M&E contractor delivering life safety and security systems into residential and commercial projects across London and the South East. They are now seeking a Multi-Disciplined Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer with 5–6 years\’ experience to carry out routine servicing, fault finding, and reactive call-outs across a broad range of client sites. 🔎 The Role: * Routine PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) across fire alarm, CCTV, and access control/door entry systems * Reactive call-outs and fault diagnosis for system breakdowns * Covering sites across London and surrounding areas – mainly high-end residential and commercial * Occasional small works or minor upgrades on existing systems * Completing detailed service reports and communicating with site teams or clients ✅ What You’ll Need: * 5–6 years\’ experience in fire and security maintenance/service roles * Confident across a mix of systems: * Fire alarms (Kentec, Advanced, Morley, etc.) * CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, etc.) * Door entry & access control (Paxton, BPT, Fermax, etc.) * Strong fault-finding ability * Valid ECS card * Full UK driving licence * FIA units or manufacturer training a bonus but not essential 💼 What’s on Offer: * Salary: £38,000 – £43,000 (DOE) * Company van + fuel card + tools * Paid travel time * Call-out rota + overtime available * Continuous training opportunities * A professional team and steady project pipeline This is a great opportunity for a multi-skilled engineer who enjoys technical variety, problem-solving, and being part of a well-organised and growing service team. 📩 Apply now for a confidential discussion — interviews available this week
