This role will initially be based on a major, high-profile project in Oxford - a large-scale, technically challenging scheme offering long-term work and stability.
The Role
They are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to take ownership of on-site electrical packages, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical installation works on site from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors, labour, and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme and deadlines
- Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Monitor quality of installation and ensure compliance with specifications
- Manage materials, logistics, and site planning
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager
- Strong background on commercial or large-scale projects
- Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
- Excellent knowledge of electrical installations and site processes
- SMSTS / SSSTS (essential)
- Relevant electrical qualifications (18th Edition preferred)
