We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic company working on large-scale commercial electrical projects across London. You’ll be overseeing an existing Project Manager and managing live projects across Hammersmith, with more major developments on the horizon – including a year-long project in Mayfair. This is a permanent opportunity, offering flexibility between CIS day rate or PAYE annual salary, depending on your preference.
Current Projects Include:
- Office refurbishment
- College redevelopment
- Hotel installation
(All valued between £500k to £2 million, electrical is third tier)
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Solid background in commercial electrical projects (office, education, hospitality)
- Confident overseeing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working on projects valued over £1 million
- Comfortable working on-site and from the office (office based in Thurrock)
- Able to manage project lifecycles from planning to completion
- Strong communicator, highly organised, and detail-driven
- Immediate availability preferred
