My client, a fantastic, long-established successful business in Swindon, is looking for a Credit Controller to join its friendly supportive team.
You may be coming from a credit control background with experience, or you may have worked in a call centre environment with inbound/outbound calling managing consumer/credit debt.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a full time position with Monday to Friday spent in the office and as a Credit Controller along with your starting salary you will receive numerous benefits such as a company pension, company benefits platform, death in service scheme and 28 days holiday including bank holidays.

THE ROLE
As a Credit Controller day to day you will be performing a number of functions such as:
• Contacting customers and corporate clients on email and telephone regarding outstanding debt
• Managing different Credit Control Ledgers
• Ensuring customer’s records are up to date at all times
• Liaising with other members of staff regarding account issues
• Ensuring debtors are kept to a minimum
YOUR EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the Credit Controller role you will need:
• Some experience of Credit Control ideally, although experience in a call centre environment and with retail/consumer credit debt would also be considered
• Good MS Excel skills
• A confident friendly professional manner with great communication skills
• Good relationship building skills
• Ability to pick up processes quickly
