We are looking for experienced AC Engineers / Installers to join a large commercial installation project in Cardiff. This is a long-term project lasting approximately 3–4 months, with immediate starts available for the right candidates.
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Installation of air conditioning systems on a commercial site
- Installing copper pipework and insulation
- Hanging and mounting indoor and outdoor AC units
- Assisting with containment and bracket installation
- Running drainage and condensate pipework
- Pressure testing and assisting with commissioning where required
- Reading and working from site drawings and plans
- Working alongside other engineers and site trades to complete installations safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area on site
- Following site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in AC installation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools and PPE preferred
- CSCS card preferred
- F-Gas is desirable but not essential
