The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a major train station project in Cambridge. This role is heavily focused on high-quality metal conduit and containment installations, working on a large-scale commercial infrastructure build. You’ll need to be confident working to specification, reading drawings, and delivering clean, professional conduit installations to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of metal conduit and containment systems
  • Electrical installations within a live rail infrastructure project
  • Reading and working from technical drawings
  • Ensuring all work is compliant with site and safety standards
  • Working independently and as part of a site team

Requirements

  • ECS Gold Card (essential)
  • Strong experience with metal conduit installations

  • Confident working on large-scale sites (rail experience beneficial)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Reliable and able to work 8–4 shifts
