We are currently recruiting for a technical team based in Newbury. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking dynamic company who have big plans for the future to develop and progress staff members.
You will be getting involved with customer service queries and solving technical support issues on products provided by the company. You will be the first point of contact to liaise with engineers and technicians to advise on solutions to any technical problems.

We need somebody who loves speaking to customers and building relationships. The ideal background would be 2-3 years in a customer facing role (retail) or having worked in a busy customer service office role.
Must be car owner/driver due to location.
