We are looking for an experienced office manager to join a busy and thriving office in Watford. This role is a really interesting blend of positions, you will be working front of house, managing the office and also taking charge of ensuring the rest of the business are looked after a in a comfortable environment.
This role needs somebody who has a very proactive approach, somebody who uses their initiative and gets things done!
You will be looking after the office and ensuring all safety checks are carried out, the processes are efficient and it is a comfortable, clean and safe environment for everybody to work in.
Duties for office manager include:
- Managing contarctors and sorting any office issues
- General housekeeping, putting out fruit and setting up lunches. Putting on the dishwasher and ensuring the kitchen area is managed
- Answering emails and phone calls
- Setting up events
- Managing calendars
