My client based in Uxbridge are looking to recruit a Customer Service professional with outstanding communication skills who is looking to join a friendly team.
You will also need to be an excellent team player who has a loyal, positive can do attitude. This role is entry level so no previous office experience is needed, we are happy to look at school leavers, applicants with retail or hospitality experience. Duties include
- Maintaining 5* customer service to all customers at all times
- Ensuring customer queries are responded to accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensuring all customer details are inputted into the database correctly
- Ensuring all customers have correct documentation assigned to their file
- Advising customers on general day to day queries
- Updating records
- Supporting the team with additional duties when needed
