We are recruiting for a fantastic business based in Newbury, looking to expand their customer technical support team.
This role is an entry level position, no previous office experience required. We would love to find somebody who has previous worked closely with customers in retail or hospitality (or other customer facing roles) who is looking to move into a new office based role!
Full training provided!
We need somebody who has excellent communication skills and would enjoy learning a new role from scratch!
Duties for customer service advisor include:
- Answering customer phone calls and emails
- Solving technical issues
- Logging faults on the system
- Following up on tickets logged
