Position Overview
Sheridan Myers, the leading provider of school meals transport nationwide, is seeking an owner driver to transport between Meopham and West Malling. You will be required to load your own vehicle with insulated boxes, transport between schools, and unload boxes containing school meals.
Responsibilities
- Drive between schools
- Load and unload insulated boxes
- Maintain the vehicle to ensure safe transport of meals
Requirements
- Full driver’s licence
- Large hatchback, estate car, MPV or van
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit
- Residence within a 5 mile radius of schools
- Criminal record checks required
Working Hours and Compensation
Approximately 1–2 hours daily between 11:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m., Monday to Friday during school term times only. Competitive rates of pay.
