This role is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing with Resident care coordination to include admissions, training, care planning, progress visits, minimum data set (MDS) reporting.

  • Must possess a current RN license in the State of Montana
  • MDS Certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
  • At least 3 years LTC (Long Term Care) nursing experience
  • Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs. and practice safe work habits.
