This role is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing with Resident care coordination to include admissions, training, care planning, progress visits, minimum data set (MDS) reporting.
What We Are Looking For:
- Must possess a current RN license in the State of Montana
- MDS Certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
- At least 3 years LTC (Long Term Care) nursing experience
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs. and practice safe work habits.
