About The Role:
Responsible for coordination of payments for patients/residents. Processes monthly statements. Reviews past due accounts, sets up and manages patient payment agreements, prepares and mails form type letters and makes phone calls. Assists the Receptionist and Registration Clerk in their absence.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Good computer skills required; must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, 10-key and a firm understanding of basic accounting
- Written and oral communication will be necessary
- Understanding of confidentiality issues a must
- Prior experience is preferred but not required
Part-time benefit eligible Monday-Friday, 9:00a – 2:00p
