This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) looking to step into a leadership-focused role, managing a varied audit portfolio while supporting and developing junior team members within a collaborative and ambitious firm.

The Role
As an Audit Supervisor, you will take ownership of audit assignments from planning through to completion, while acting as a key point of contact for clients and supporting the wider team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing audit assignments across a varied client portfolio
- Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing guidance
- Acting as the main client liaison, building strong professional relationships
- Assisting with the planning, budgeting and completion of audits
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff, contributing to their development
- Working closely with managers and partners on ad-hoc assignments
To be considered for the role of Audit Supervisor, you will:
- Be ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Have strong audit experience within an accountancy practice
- Be confident managing audits and leading client engagements
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be proactive, organised, and commercially aware
