A large international business with offices near Bristol is recruiting a Technical Accounting Manager to manage a small team focused on Fixed and Lease Assets. Working within the central accounting team, the key responsibilities of the Technical Accounting Manager include:
- Owning the Fixed and Lease Asset accounting, ensuring best practices, process improvements, standardization, and effective controls
- Managing the team on a day-to-day basis
- Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders regarding ongoing leases
- Serving as the central point of contact for Fixed and Lease Assets for the UK businesses
- Collaborating with the capital investment team on capital expenditure proposals and overseeing the process to ensure successful delivery of the capex portfolio
