The Role As Accounts Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing the delivery of accounts and associated compliance work while acting as a trusted point of contact.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing a varied portfolio of limited companies, SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts.
Reviewing VAT returns and other relevant compliance work.
Managing client relationships and providing a responsive, professional service.
Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and provide practical accounting advice.
Reviewing work completed by junior members of the team and providing guidance where required.
Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
