This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in supporting business performance through high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for delivering insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making, whilst helping to drive continuous improvements across financial processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities of the Management Accountant:
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and performance reports
  • Produce detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and providing meaningful commentary
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Provide financial insight and support to stakeholders across the business
  • Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to business performance reviews
  • Support cash flow monitoring and working capital management initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, reporting processes, and efficiency
