This is an exceptional opportunity for a technically proficient and commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of consolidated group reporting within a dynamic and evolving business.
This position is ideal for a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with strong experience in group reporting, technical accounting, and statutory compliance, gained in a complex group or multinational environment.
The Role
Reporting to senior finance leadership, the Group Reporting Manager will lead on all aspects of financial consolidation and external reporting across the Group. You will ensure the accurate and timely production of statutory financial statements, maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards, and drive continuous improvements in reporting processes and controls.
Your responsibilities as the Group Reporting Manager will include:
- Preparation and delivery of Group consolidated accounts and supporting analysis.
- Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with IFRS or relevant UK GAAP.
- Oversee regulatory and debt compliance reporting.
- Act as a key liaison for external auditors and advisors.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to drive reporting improvements and best practices.
- Lead and support a small team.
The Successful Group Reporting Manager will possess:
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
- Proven experience in group reporting or financial consolidation roles.
- Exposure to large, complex organisations or fast-paced corporate environments.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring team members is desirable.
