We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Trainee Accountant to join a dynamic and growing organisation within industry. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of finance, along with full study support towards a professional accounting qualification (such as ACCA or CIMA).
As a Graduate Trainee Accountant, you will gain exposure to core accounting functions while developing your technical and commercial skills. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
- Preparing journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts
- Analysing financial data and assisting with reporting
- Processing invoices and supporting accounts payable/receivable activities
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following criteria:
- A recent graduate (or graduating soon) with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail
