With ambitious growth plans and continued investment across the business, our client is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function and help shape its next chapter.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a technically strong finance professional who enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic input. Working closely with the CFO, you'll play a key role in strengthening financial controls, enhancing reporting, and providing the insight needed to support informed business decisions. You'll also have regular exposure to senior stakeholders, including the executive leadership team and board.
Leading a small finance team, you'll be responsible for driving high standards, developing capability, and ensuring the finance function is well-positioned to support continued growth.
Key responsibilities include as the Financial Controller:
