Overview
Sheridan Maine are seeking a detail‑oriented Debt Recovery Specialist to support the Finance teams with legal recovery activity for a market‑leading business based in North Hampshire. This newly created position will be working in partnership with legal, finance and risk teams.
The role will encompass a wide range of duties, including:
- Liaise with external agencies and maintain accurate system information
- Produce a range of reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and chase ongoing cases to ensure team objectives are achieved
- Coordinate with internal teams in the recovery of assets
- Liaise with customers to arrange and facilitate asset collections
- Review and generate documentation for legal requirements
- Continually provide excellent communication and customer service throughout all recovery proceedings
Qualifications
- Knowledge of debt recovery and legal proceedings
