This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with experience in the rail industry to play a vital role in ensuring operational compliance and supporting business functions.
Responsibilities of the Compliance Manager include:
- Provide administrative support across the business.
- Oversee onboarding processes and assist with HR functions.
- Manage training schedules and course bookings.
- Coordinate subcontractor requirements.
- Maintain Sentinel profiles and ensure records are accurate.
- Keep company documentation up to date.
- Book travel and accommodation for operatives.
- Assist with audit compliance (RISQS, ISO).
- Support directors with ad hoc admin and tasks.
- File and maintain incident reports.
