We’re working with a growing, people-focused business in Bournemouth, to recruit a Finance Manager into a key position within their team. This is a great opportunity for a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or Senior Accountant looking to step into a broad, hands-on leadership role.
The Role
As Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for keeping the finance operation running smoothly day to day, while also supporting senior leadership with accurate reporting and insight. You’ll manage a small team and act as the go-to person for all things finance, ensuring processes are efficient, deadlines are met and the business has clear visibility of its financial performance.
Finance Manager key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the finance function
- Managing and developing a small finance team
