Sheridan Maine are recruiting for an exciting new role in the Swindon area. Due to expansion, our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support their head office finance team with a variety of accounts administration duties.
This busy position will encompass all aspects of purchase ledger and other tasks including:
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Preparing and processing supplier payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing expenses
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Assisting with credit control
- Allocating customer payments
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have proven accounts payable experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage a busy workload. You will be working within a friendly and supportive team for a company that is well known for rewarding and recognising employees.
