Sheridan Maine is partnering with a well-established and expanding accountancy practice in Kent to recruit a Semi Senior or Senior Accountant. Key duties of a Semi Senior or Senior Accountant:
- Prepare year-end statutory accounts for a range of SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
- Assist with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts.
- Prepare basic corporate and personal tax returns.
- Support senior staff during client meetings and with technical queries.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
- Help mentor trainee staff (for Senior level applicants).
