Job Description
- Leading on a wide range of Employment Tax advisory projects, including advice on benefits, reward packages, international employment matters, National Minimum Wage (NMW) issues, and Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) enquiries.
- Supporting businesses with employment tax issues in relation to acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence reviews.
- Mentoring, coaching, and supporting the development of junior team members.
- Actively contributing to business development efforts locally and across the wider firm.
- Playing an influential role in shaping the firm's employment tax strategy and service offering.
To be considered for the role of Senior Employment Tax Manager, we are looking for candidates who:
- Are appropriately qualified, with significant experience within employment tax, either in practice or in-house.
- Have experience advising on international employment matters (desirable but not essential).
- Are excellent communicators who can build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
- Enjoy developing people and have proven leadership and coaching abilities.
