Sheridan Maine is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Accounts Manager to oversee key financial activities and client relationships within a dynamic Essex-based team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the accounting function, mentoring team members, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and regulatory reports.
  • Lead and develop a team of accountants and finance professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and improve internal controls, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and legislation.

  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
