This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior professional looking to play a key leadership role within a forward-thinking firm and help shape its future direction.
The role: You will take a pivotal position within the practice, working closely with the existing partners to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and develop the firm’s service offering. This is a client-facing and strategic role, combining technical oversight with leadership, mentoring, and business development.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Manager or Partner include:
- Managing and developing a substantial portfolio of clients.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to owner-managed businesses and key stakeholders.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing senior and junior team members.
- Overseeing quality, compliance, and technical standards across the practice.
- Contributing to the firm’s growth strategy, including business development and new client acquisition.

- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
