This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior professional looking to play a key leadership role within a forward-thinking firm and help shape its future direction.
The role: You will take a pivotal position within the practice, working closely with the existing partners to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and develop the firm’s service offering. This is a client-facing and strategic role, combining technical oversight with leadership, mentoring, and business development.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Manager or Partner include:
- Managing and developing a substantial portfolio of clients.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to owner-managed businesses and key stakeholders.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing senior and junior team members.
- Overseeing quality, compliance, and technical standards across the practice.
- Contributing to the firm’s growth strategy, including business development and new client acquisition.
- Supporting operational and strategic initiatives alongside the partner group.
The ideal Senior Manager or Partner will have:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Significant experience within a UK accountancy practice at Senior Manager or Partner level.
- Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and advisory services.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
- Leadership presence with a collaborative and commercial mindset.
- Ambition to play a long-term role in the growth of the firm.
