Job Description
- Overseeing monthly management reporting and statutory reporting requirements.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient external audit process.
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Providing project profitability analysis and commercial finance support.
- Driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS accounting standards (US GAAP experience beneficial).
- Managing tax filings and regulatory reporting across relevant regions.
- Leading and mentoring a finance team, ensuring their growth and performance.
- Supporting strategic decision-making with financial insights.
- Collaborating with external banks and internal legal teams on project financial requirements.
- Deputising for the Finance Director as needed.
To be considered for the Financial Controller position, you must be:
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in a similar role.
- A strong leader with experience in managing and mentoring finance teams.
- Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledgeable in IFRS (US GAAP experience is a plus).
- A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
