The Role The Senior Audit Manager will take ownership of audit engagements, from planning through to completion. You will manage and mentor audit teams, deliver high-quality audit services, and ensure compliance with professional standards. The Senior Audit Manager will be responsible for: Leading audit engagements across a varied client portfolio. Managing, mentoring, and developing audit teams through 1-2-1s, feedback, and training. Reviewing and approving audit work papers and reports. Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact. Ensuring compliance with audit methodology, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Supporting the growth and development of the audit practice. The successful Senior Audit Manager will possess: ACA or ACCA qualified with substantial post-qualification audit experience. Proven experience managing and developing audit teams. Strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit standards. Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills. A proactive, organised, and commercially aware approach.
