Are you an experienced Payroll Clerk with a strong background in high volume payroll processing? We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused individual to join our client in the Birmingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience processing large payrolls and using ERP systems. You will play a key role in delivering an accurate and timely payroll service, working in a fast-paced environment and undertaking end-to-end payroll processing.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Accurately process payroll within agreed timescales
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee payroll records
- Manage all payroll changes, including processing starters and leavers
- Deal with payroll related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate resolutions
- Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently, ensuring issues are addressed promptly
To be considered for this role, you must have the desired skills and experience below:
- Proven experience of end-to-end payroll processing in a large volume environment
