- Manage, mentor, and support the Assistant Management Accountant, fostering their growth and development.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, and variance analysis.
- Conduct detailed reporting and analytical tasks to inform decision-making.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Part-qualified, fully qualified, or actively studying towards a recognized accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
