This is an excellent chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a vibrant company. Responsibilities of the Finance Manager include: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for a range of stakeholders. Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to support business decisions. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Lead the Finance process on any capital expenditure and ensure robust process into the rest of the finance team. Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to enhance profitability. Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of statutory reporting. Ensuring Group wide tax planning and regulatory adherence. Manage cashflow forecasting. Implement a new cashflow / forecasting management system. Develop and execute effective risk management strategies to protect the company’s assets and interests. Strategically plan and lead the development of an Internal Audit & Risk / Compliance function. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Ideal Finance Manager: ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified accountant. Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE). Experience in the leisure or hospitality sector is desirable. Strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Arrangement: This role offers a hybrid work pattern, with 4 days in the North London office and 1 day working from home.
