We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated finance professional to join an international organisation based in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will play an important role in financial reporting, month‑end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit support. Key Responsibilities
- Support the timely completion of month‑end close activities
- Prepare and post journal entries, and generate financial reports
- Review financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Respond to queries from internal stakeholders
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with deadlines
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and improve reconciliation processes
- Prepare and process intercompany transactions in accordance with company policies
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Provide documentation and respond to audit queries
