Debt Recovery Specialist in Farnborough

Overview

Sheridan Maine are seeking a detail‑oriented Debt Recovery Specialist to support the Finance teams with legal recovery activity for a market‑leading business based in North Hampshire.

This newly created position will be working in partnership with legal, finance and risk teams. The role will encompass a wide range of duties, including:

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external agencies and maintain accurate system information
• Produce a range of reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and chase ongoing cases to ensure team objectives are achieved
• Coordinate with internal teams in the recovery of assets
• Liaise with customers to arrange and facilitate asset collections
• Review and generate documentation for legal requirements
• Continually provide excellent communication and customer service throughout all recovery proceedings

Qualifications

• Knowledge of debt recovery and legal proceedings
• Intermediate level Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask
• Self‑motivated and able to use own initiative
