Sheridan Maine is partnering with a fast-growing accountancy practice in London to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager or Director. This is a senior, client-facing role within a dynamic and expanding team, offering the opportunity to lead complex corporate tax engagements while supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities of the Corporate Tax Senior or Manager:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of corporate tax clients, providing expert advice on compliance, planning, and structuring.
- Lead corporate tax compliance, including preparation and review of CT returns, computations, and advisory reports.
- Advise on complex transactions, reorganisations, group structures, and cross-border matters.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to the growth and capability of the tax team.
- Support business development initiatives, building relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
The successful Corporate Tax Senior or Manager will require:
- ACA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification.
