Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking for a part-time role with flexibility? This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, providing a complete outsourced payroll service to a wide range of clients. Based on the outskirts of Bournemouth, you'll be working 15–20 hours per week and be responsible for ensuring payrolls are processed smoothly and accurately, delivering a professional service every time.

Responsibilities

  • Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients
  • Managing CIS monthly returns
  • Notifying clients of PAYE liabilities and submitting paperwork to HMRC on time
  • Dealing with payroll queries quickly and effectively
  • Supporting Auto Enrolment requirements
  • Ensuring accuracy and compliance with current PAYE, NIC, and HMRC legislation

Qualifications

  • Solid payroll experience across a variety of payroll sizes
  • Up-to-date knowledge of PAYE, NIC, HMRC requirements and Auto Enrolment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT skills, ideally with Sage Payroll experience
  • A professional, adaptable approach with great communication skills
