Key responsibilities will include:
- Process supplier invoices, staff expenses, and company credit card transactions
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Raise customer invoices and credit notes
- Allocate customer payments to the correct accounts
- Cashflow forecasting
- Perform bank reconciliations
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a finance or accounts environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The role is being recruited on a temp to permanent basis and therefore candidates available at short notice will be considered favourably.
