We’re looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA professional to manage a portfolio of clients, oversee monthly management accounts, and provide technical accounting support for a global organisation based in Reading.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounting deliverables and monthly management accounts
- Supervise and support junior team members across global service centres
- Review tax compliance work including VAT, Corporation Tax, P11Ds and PSAs
- Oversee payment runs and year-end financial statements (UK GAAP & IFRS)
- Build strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities
- Support billing, debt management, and staff development
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience preparing management accounts
- Multi-client experience or multiple deadlines desirable
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication, organisational and client management skills
- Proactive, team-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
- Commercially minded with an interest in helping grow the business
