- Supporting data cleansing and migration activities, including data review, issue resolution, mapping and preparation for migration.
- Preparing, validating and reconciling migration data to ensure it is accurate, complete and fit for purpose.
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing across key finance processes, documenting results and helping to resolve defects or design issues.
- Managing operational finance processes and supporting BAU activities alongside transformation projects, ensuring continuity of service and financial control.
- Identifying and delivering process improvements that support consistent, efficient and well-controlled finance and reporting processes.
- Working collaboratively with Finance and business stakeholders to ensure new systems and processes meet operational requirements.
- Supporting colleagues as they adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.
- Contributing to the successful implementation of wider finance transformation initiatives.
About You
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who combines strong operational finance knowledge with excellent analytical and project skills.
You will ideally have:
- Experience working within an operational finance or finance transformation environment.
- Strong knowledge of core finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, cash management and general ledger structures.
- Experience supporting finance systems implementation, data migration or process improvement projects.
- A strong investigative mindset and the confidence to challenge data, processes and assumptions.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive, positive and innovative approach, with a track record of delivering process improvements.
Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a business at an important stage of its transformation journey.
You will have the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the way finance operates in the future, working across systems, data, processes and people while gaining valuable experience within a major transformation programme.
You are required to be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
