Sheridan Maine are delighted to be partnering with a well–established and highly regarded organisation based in Bath. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the team on a long–term temporary basis.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Perform regular supplier account reconciliations
- Accurately input invoices into the accounting system
- Manage and resolve supplier payment queries
- Process company expenses and credit card transactions
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Produce monthly financial reports
Skills & experience required:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in IT systems, including Excel and Outlook
- Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail
