Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with a well-established organisation based in West London, who are looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

Reporting into the wider finance function, you will provide support across the day-to-day accounts operation.
Key responsibilities as the Accounts Assistant will include:
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing payments and receipts
Completing bank and account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with month-end processes
Investigating and resolving account queries
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and reporting
We are looking for a motivated and organised finance professional with some previous experience in an accounts environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good Excel skills
