The task of the leader is to get his people from where they are to where they have not been. This is a superspringboard opportunity for a highly driven Finance leader with a strong technical background, with the mission of transforming finance operations, and the aspiration that the person who goes into this position will have the ambition and capability to potentially step up into the CFO role in the future. The selected candidate will oversee the transformation of the Finance shared services function, with responsibility for all aspects of external financial reporting, balance sheet management, cash flow, and risk management.
