This is a genuinely interesting opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys the variety of a broad finance role but also has a passion for improving processes and finding better ways of working. Working as part of a small and collaborative team, you will combine your accounting expertise with responsibility for a range of projects focused on process improvement, systems, automation and the effective use of AI. This role would suit an accountant who is looking for something different from a traditional finance position and who enjoys having the opportunity to influence and improve the way an organisation operates. The role is based near the Somerset/Dorset border , with hybrid working available following an initial training and probationary period.
