We're looking for a qualified or finalist ACA, ACCA or CIMA professional to manage a portfolio of clients, oversee monthly management accounts, and provide technical accounting support for a global organisation based in Reading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounting deliverables and monthly management accounts
  • Supervise and support junior team members across global service centres
  • Review tax compliance work including VAT, Corporation Tax, P11Ds and PSAs
  • Oversee payment runs and year-end financial statements (UK GAAP & IFRS)
  • Build strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities
  • Support billing, debt management, and staff development

About You

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or finalist
  • Experience preparing management accounts
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Excellent communication, organisational and client management skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
  • Commercially minded with an interest in helping grow the business
