Sheridan Maine are exclusively recruiting for an Accounts Assistant position for one our long standing clients in the Bristol area. The role will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including:
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Allocating cash
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier and customer invoice queries
- Preparing supplier payments
- Credit control
- Petty cash
- Processing staff expense claims
The company are seeking an individual with the desired criteria:
- Prior experience of working in an accounting role
- Confident user of IT systems including Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to work to deadlines with attention to detail
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team
