Sheridan Maine is supporting a successful and expanding accountancy practice in their search for a Management Accounts Associate. Key duties of a Management Accounts Associate:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
- Liaise with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
- Work closely with senior colleagues to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Contribute to process improvements and support wider team initiatives.
What makes a Management Accounts Associate successful:
- AAT qualified or progressing toward a professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA.
- Experience within management accounts or a similar accounting role is desirable.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and client-service abilities.
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
